    Refund Policy

    1. Refund Eligibility

    At Lili Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must have all tags attached and be in resalable condition.

    Refunds are available for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

    2. Refund Process

    To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through our contact page or by emailing our support team.

    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please include the return authorization number with your returned package.

    After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

    3. Return Conditions

    All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used may not be eligible for a full refund.

    Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging when possible. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

    4. Refund Timeline

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status within 5 business days. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

    Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us for assistance.

    5. Non-Refundable Items

    Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including gift cards, downloadable software products, personalized items, and items marked as final sale. Sale items may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

    Items that have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for refunds. We also cannot accept returns for items purchased from unauthorized retailers.
